Lake County Perch Fest is almost here again you can smell it in the late summer air. Perch fest is a great way to enjoy a day of fishing on Lake Erie and then checking your days catch in for some bragging rights and enjoying the festival afterwards at Fairport Harbor Lake front park. Fairport is the perfect place to hold this classic event. The Perch fishing really seems to heat up this weekend every year for the Jumbo Perch. Good sharp hooks and some local knowledge of Lake Erie hot spots does not hurt. But any one has a shot at winning this event. The local charters do well in this event but you can never count ou the local fisherman they finish in the money most years, So don't miss out on Lake Erie Perch fishing at it's finest and make a fun filled day of it and maybe win some money.
